Questions about Rental
What if two customers want the same sherwani?
The counter only offers pieces that are free for the chosen dates, so the same piece cannot be booked twice for the same days.
How are deposits handled?
The deposit is recorded with the bill, shown as held until the return, and refunded fully or after damage / late-fee deductions.
Do I need a barcode printer?
No. Barcodes help at a busy counter, but you can also search pieces by name or code.
What happens after the 15-day free trial?
Nothing is charged automatically. Pay for the plan you want (Tailor, Rental or both) and the paid year starts after your trial, so no trial day is lost.
Can I start with one module and add the other later?
Yes. Add the other module any time; you pay only for the days left in your year and both renew together.
Do I need a computer?
No. Soi Dhaga works in the browser of any smartphone, tablet or computer.
