Questions
Does it prevent double booking?
Yes. A piece booked for a date range cannot be booked again for overlapping dates, even by another staff member, and buffer days for washing are added automatically.
Can I track which costume is in the wash?
Yes. Returned pieces go to washing and show as free again only when marked back.
How are deposits handled?
Taken at booking or hand-over, held against the bill, refunded in full or after deductions, with a receipt for the customer.
Does it do GST for rental?
Yes — GST invoice or Kaccha bill for rentals, with the GST register for your accountant.
What does it cost?
